Fancy Feet & Co. is committed to the health and well-being of our associates and customers. We do our best to play a  constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders. We are taking additional steps for our in-store shopping experience including social distancing and additional safety and cleaning steps to help protect and support our everyone.

At a glance: What customers need to know about Fancy Feet & Co. response to COVID-19

Fancy Feet & Co. is taking several actions to protect the health and well-being of our associates and customers and to control the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) by the expert guidance of the CDC and local public health authorities. Please read below for an at-a-glance overview.

Enhanced cleaning measures: Fancy Feet & Co. is committed to caring for the health and well-being of its associates (employees) and customers and playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials and government leaders. The company continues to observe elevated cleaning and sanitizing protocols that meet or exceed public health guidelines and can help to reduce the spread of COVID-19. At our in-store shopping experience, we use a “Clean, Safe and Ready” procedure to ensure the well-being of associates and customers, cleaning high touch surface areas before and after every visit.

Additional precautions: Fancy Feet & Co. is also taking precautions for every associate that works in-store shopping experience to protect them and the customers. Before beginning every shift, all associates complete a pre-check, including safety precautions such as taking temperature, to ensure they are ready and able to work. associates are also required to wear facial coverings during their shifts and continue to frequently wash their hands. They also are required to wear new gloves with each customer. 

Safety Protocols: We respectfully require customers to follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by public health officials, including wearing a facial covering when visiting our in-store shopping experience. It is our responsibility to protect our associates and comply with local public health mandates.  As such, our associates have the right and responsibility to refuse service to customers who are not wearing facial coverings.

Curbside-pickup: Since July 16, Fancy Feet & Co. in-store shopping experience has been serving the community with a Curbside-pickup service. 

Visit Fancy Feet & Co. at www.fancyfeetco.com order ahead and pay. In most cases, customers who use the Curbside-pickup service can pick up their orders from an associate in the parking area of Fancy Feet & Co. store without entering the store, in cases where social distancing can be implemented, pick up may be available at the store.
 

Fancy Feet & Co. Shipping: Due to extra safety measures around COVID-19 at our store, please allow up to 7 business days for order processing of orders. We are striving to fulfill all orders promptly on time, but appreciate your patience during this time. Deliveries may be delayed since shipping carriers prioritizing essential items first. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. During peak holiday and promotional periods, order processing times may be increased.
